What motivates people to consistently act sustainably?  I interviewed Unitarian Universalists across the state of Ohio to find out.

Unitarian Universalist congregations are religious/spiritual congregations with a long-time involvement in environmental and social justice movements. Unlike many social justice-involved individuals that work hard and then burnout, Unitarian Universalists make a life-long commitment to the environment and stick to it. I wanted to know how they maintain this motivation.
